The Nicolaidis YoungWings Foundation, founded in 1998, is the nationwide contact point for mourning children, adolescents and adults up to the age of 49 years. It supports adults whose life partners have died, as well as children and adolescents after the death of mother, father or both parents.
To create a space for the creative processing of the loss, the film project YoungCreatives was created. Together with experts from film and media and an educational team, the participants will create their own personal, one-minute short film in two weekend workshops. From the screenplay to the final cut and postproduction, the young people and young adults between 12 and 27 years receive professional guidance and present their film to a prominent jury after completion.
The new website provides all the necessary informations for the participants on how to apply for the film project.
