Almost twenty years ago Jannis Alexandridis started to inform his guests about olive trees, olives and olive oil – back then as a hiking guide on Crete. As a trained olive oil tester, he is running workshops about olive oil since 2005.
His intention is to make his interested guests conscious consumers so that they can recognize high quality olive oil. Of course, he often is asked whether he can get good olive oil. Finally he becomes a “olive oil distributor with a heart”.
On his new website he not only sells olive products, he also provides a lot of information about olive oil, how it is produced and how it can best be used in the kitchen.
